We’d love to welcome you to our showroom during business hours, although we do recommend making an appointment. That way our designer, Ellie, can be on hand to answer your questions and work with you personally to start creating a kitchen that meets your needs.

Absolutely! We are proud to be a local, independent business and will never pressure you for a sale. If you are interested in a kitchen from us, our designer Ellie will come to measure your space and create an initial design. If you like this, she will then provide you with a no-obligation quote.

A kitchen has so many elements to consider, so giving a figure can be difficult – however, we can advise our yearly average kitchen costs. For a medium sized kitchen, our average costs range between £25-£35k, including all products and labour.

Like a lot of kitchen companies, our installers are contracted. However, we use the same team of skilled, local installers for every installation, and have done for many years.

We always say we can do anything ‘inside’ your home! We have skilled local builders within our portfolio who can undertake the removal of internal walls. We also take care of the structural works and local building regulations, giving you complete peace of mind.

Our project management service is included within your renovation project with us, so this doesn’t cost you anything additional! Our project management is overseen by Jamie; once your design has been finalised, he works behind the scenes allocating all the required trades to ensure your renovation runs smoothly. He also sends you a schedule a week before we start, so you know exactly who is in your home and when.

Similar to costs, every kitchen is different, so it’s very difficult to advise! Generally, our installations take between 3-4 weeks, inclusive of new flooring, plastering, tiling etc. If you’re having an interior wall removed or more extensive building requirements, this could extend longer. We will advise you of your estimated duration before you commit.

We request a 40% deposit to secure your start date. We then request a second 40% when we start. The remaining 20% is requested once the job is completed and you have received your final sign off.

We’re happy to take 1 initial credit card payment, to a maximum of £500 to secure your investment as part of your deposit. After this, methods of payment are by online bank transfer or cheque. We don’t offer finance or credit.

As much as possible! Our primary door suppliers are based in Coventry & Leicester with a lot of our accessories being sourced from a supplier in Rugby. If there are any products in particular that you are curious about, just ask!

Yes; however, not all kitchen doors are the same size and in some cases, our door sizes are not compatible with existing carcasses. Top Tip: Our standard doors are 715mm!

We offer our complimentary 12 month aftercare warranty. This covers any call outs and required fixes within the first year of your new kitchen as it settles into place. If we don’t hear from you, we will call you at the end of the first year as a matter of courtesy. Depending on the situation, after one year, our visits may become chargeable. All our products come with their own independent guarantees from the manufacturers.

Yes. We have the capability to offer bespoke solutions; offering any size and any colour! Just let us know what you require and we will see what we can do.

Yes. We can also assist with offices, fitted wardrobes, media units and bars.
