How it started
Our business began with our director, Martin Dexter, fitting kitchens independently for over 20 years and building a reputation for quality craftsmanship and reliability. Just over 10 years ago, he opened our Stratford-upon-Avon showroom, creating a dedicated space for customers to explore great design alongside expert advice.
Since then, we’ve been supplying and installing premium-quality kitchens for homes across the area. While Martin is no longer hands-on day-to-day, our close-knit and trusted team of three brings over 30 years of combined experience in kitchen design, installation and project management, and we take genuine pride in every kitchen we create.

Jamie heads our team and manages the showroom, bringing over 20 years of experience in the local kitchen industry. As the project manager, Jamie ensures the installations run smoothly and every client feels supported, turning each kitchen journey into an enjoyable experience.
Ellie
Kitchen Designer
Ellie draws on over 10 years of design experience from leading UK kitchen retailers and her passion for interior design to create stunning spaces that enhance everyday living. By understanding and inspiring her clients, Ellie ensures a seamless and enjoyable design experience.
Louise
Accounts & Marketing
Louise manages the office, overseeing the ordering, invoicing and accounts. She also manages our social media and marketing. With her eye for detail and organisation, Louise keeps Kitchens by Dexter running smoothly both on and offline.
